What a credit buys.
What is one credit?
One real ChatGPT chat that Elada runs for you: a Track check, or a chat in a campaign audit. You pay only for chats that ran; a chat that was not asked costs nothing.
What does not cost credits?
Browsing the ad libraries, the 20 ads you get when you sign up, connecting your OpenAI ad account, building campaigns, and audits that use the Library only.
How big is a campaign audit?
About 5 chats for each context hint, plus a few for topics next to them: a campaign with 4 hints takes about 29 credits, and at most 48. Elada shows the most it can cost before it starts.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. A plan's credits are for its billing month; the next month starts with that month's credits. On a yearly plan they come every month. The 60 free credits stay until you start a plan.
How do I pay?
By card, on Stripe's Checkout page. Your plan, invoices and cancellation are in Manage billing, which is Stripe's own billing page.
